Title:  Solution Leader

Job Mission

On behalf of the manager responsible for the delivery, IT Solution Leader takes the complete responsibility to secure the end user, business and IT requirements for solution(s) and supports the full utilization of solutions. The IT Solution Leader is responsible to manage direct interaction with business stakeholders regarding solution requirements. It includes both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context and esure application delivery KPI meeting the corresponding SLA target..As act as a mentor, provide support to team members for their development and growth.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the establishment of the solution delivery plan
Handle the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with the Business process developer
Propose yearly release plan including new development in line with business priorities
Communicate enhancement estimates to the BSPM, PM or equivalent
Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed 
Secure alignment to governance directives, best practices, business processes and implement recommended tools and methods
Work proactively with continuous improvements
Ensure applicable IT security directive is followed for the service
Build open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team
Cooperate with other functions and partners to secure an efficient IT delivery
Secure work prioritization and distribution within the team and coordinate team’s activities
Act as a mentor and coach for colleague, give support, feedback and recognition related to delivery and performance 
Initiate and encourage development activities for the team members in cooperation with Delivery Manager 
Identify competence needs and secure capacity to deliver according commitments
