Title: Transport Controller
- Controlling Materials/Parts/Products transport activities and responsible for transport flows To & From domestic & international Material Suppliers to UD Plants and others or wise versa.
 - Receiving, Analysing, Processing and documenting information accurately.
 - Evaluating Information to determine and ensure compliance standards.
 - Stakeholder’s closest partner by providing them Built-in-Quality Logistics Solutions
 - Perform effective deviation management and transform into excellence in Risk management
 - KPI visualization on responsible area to improve performances with root cause analysis.
 
Role (purpose of the Job)
The Transport Controller is responsible for managing and coordination of EXIM / Domestic shipments; with the customers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, ship agents, CHA & customs brokerage, Xdock, truckers, and up to receiving of delivery and must provide the client with the best overall service levels, meet & exceed established goals for on-time pick-up and delivery with proactive approach. Handling of incoming invoices from LSPs.

- Ensure the effectiveness of processes and including delivery, quality, cost, continuous improvement on the responsible areas.
 - Managed KPIs achievement with positive and stable trend in the transport Material/ Parts/Products areas within organization scope.
 - Secure that best practice processes are implemented and followed.
 - Ensure process are in place to monitor business performance and proactively alert business leaders on potential issues.
 - Implementation of continuous improvement activities and to deliver cost saving and business process improvements.
 - Pro-active work to minimize risk/ risk management in the responsible areas.

Main competence requirements
- Graduate (Full Time) from a recognized University is must. Bachelor of Engineering / MBA will be preferred
 - Minimum 8 years’ experience in Transport Logistics with ability to handle both import and export
 - Business acumen & Good Import/Export Trade knowledge
 - Analytical, dynamic & Proactive
 - Excellent written and spoken English
 - Experience from the automotive sector, Freezone previllage will be considered an advantage
 - Proficient in Interpersonal skills & strong in customer service relationship, good communication skill
 - Self-motivated & Goal oriented
 - Ability to work in Transportation follow through environment.
