Title:  Senior engineer (Tooling & Equipment)

1. Acting as leader to supervise process engineers on tooling & equipment sourcing supports.
2. reports all tooling, Pokayoke of new and current within good of status

(3D, drawing, quantity, and price) to prevent production brake down.

3. Coordinate with external functions such as GTT PD, TPE, Assembly Graph Leader (AGL), Manufacturing Routing Leader (MRL) to get all necessary information to develop tool & equipment for new product (Start cost, kickoff until mass production).
   1. Feasibility study toconfirm tooling of existing with new project by document of TPE
      1. TR (technical requirement)
      2. Sub material concern with M/C
      3. DFA (design for assembly concept)
      4. 3D data
   2. Prepare & Provide list of risk issues about tooling.
      1. Major equipment effect with production line
      2. Long lead time equipment feedback
      3. Information not enough to validate.
      4. Prosit station.
4. Participate and coordinate with community with new project team for engineering information for effectiveness on products launching with the right tools.
   1. Make tooling list effect with CBU and KD plant of each new start cost project.
   2. Make PFMEA and countermeasure to prevent quality issue
   3. Make tooling list to get agreement concept, layout, workability with production, MT, safety, PD and process engineer.
   4. Price evaluation of all equipment with compare maker.
   5. If part trial request for make Cpk or confirm workability over 3D data within DG phase.
5. Prepare and provide necessary tooling & equipment documentation for purchasing the local tool & equipment (tooling sheet, primary drawing, area confirmation and acceptant concept with process engineer/ production / MT/ safety).

   2. Tooling status (delivery) sharing in bi-weekly meeting. (In-charge)
   3. Make commissioning schedule and leader until handover to “End user” complete follow items 4C.
6. Implement new tool & equipment for new products launched, engineering running changes project.
   1. Handover tooling with all information to CBU and KD plant.

      3. Drawing
      4. Quotation
      5. Part list.
7. Update tooling list (all equipment and tooling) in UD trucks to report Bi-weekly.
8. Support production for problem solving on tooling & equipment issue on project phase.
9. Support process engineer to optimize tooling for process capability, continuous improvements in safety operation, Intro efficiency, quality, cost reduction
10. Support and involve with the implementation and maintain of Industrial management system (UDPS, ISO, etc.) which belong to company policy.
11. Perform according to safety and environment procedure.
12. Support and work on business assignment from direct manager.
