Title:  Senior Production Manager

Reports to: Vice President Bangkok PlantJob Overview Lead and optimize all production activities to consistently deliver high-quality products and components that meet regulatory standards and production plans, while prioritizing safety and efficiently managing resources to enhance plant competitiveness and achieve organizational targets.Key responsibilities/accountabilities Lead, coach and develop team under responsibility in order to meet company strategics objectives Cooperate with concerned function to securethe production outputs meet production schedule and quality requirement with safety manner Prepare the right manning and competence to produce cab and component according to demand capacity in each production program Ensure the standard operation procedure are well prepare and trainingto production operator Supervise and evaluate performance of production operator Ensure company regulation,health and safety guidelines are followed. And also take disciplinary action when needed Lead and support team to work for continuous improvement to meetproductivity target e.g., reduce waste time, plant damage, consumable and so on Prepare the reasonable budgets allocate in each year according to the volume plan. Act as a safety and environment role model for the team by consistently adhering to all safety and environmental regulations and ensuring the proper use of safety equipment (PPE). Others responsibility as stated in related procedures.
