タイトル: General Manager - Central & North Region
Job purpose: •Execute the Regional Business Plan: Implement the business plan and strategies set by the Head Office to drive regional growth. •Financial Responsibility: Oversee the region’s P&L and ensure effective budget control to achieve financial targets. •Regional Operations & Sales Management: Lead the execution of the regional business plan, managing sales (excluding National Key Accounts) and after-sales activities to enhance overall performance. •Dealer & Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact, providing strong support to dealers and customers to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction. •Office & Business Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, focusing on profitability, cash flow management, market leadership, and establishing industry-leading service standards. Responsibilities: •Oversee the implementation of the regional business plan in alignment with company strategy, coordinating with relevant national departments. •Manage the region’s P&L, focusing on hard products and parts, ensuring effective budget control. •Drive truck and parts sales, as well as service growth initiatives. •Review and approve sales contract pricing within authorization limits, ensuring compliance with the Sales Department’s pricing policy while maintaining price stability in the region. •Implement parts promotion strategies and develop marketing activities to increase parts penetration, following head office guidelines. •Support dealer managers in executing service campaigns, recalls, and driving warranty cost reduction, as instructed by head office. •Increase service agreement penetration as per head office directives. •Support dealer managers and Key Account teams to enhance after-sales services. •Act as the primary liaison for regional dealers, ensuring alignment with the regional network strategy, dealer business plan, and incentive programs. •Assist the Network Development team in establishing a new private dealer in the region. Collaborate with business partners to drive growth in the area of responsibility. •Guide and support dealers in coordination with the Network Development Department, escalating support needs or performance concerns to head office. •Ensure proper representation of all brands by dealers in alignment with the multi-brand guidelines. •Provide market insights, including dealer and competitor information, to Sales and Marketing Department. •Assist with local promotional activities, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement. •Support dealer growth in the region with a focus on Dealer Operating Standards, Businessman ship Development Training, LDS, LPA, and Competence Platform, in collaboration with the Head Office. •Oversee daily regional office operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies and government regulations, while maintaining a healthy and ethical business environment. •Work closely with support functions in the office to ensure efficient operations. •Oversee performance management, training, and development within the department, fostering strong motivation and job satisfaction among employees.
Qualification:
•Over 8 years of experience in Sales & Management, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
•Strong P&L Management Expertise, specifically within the automotive industry, ensuring financial performance and strategic budget control.
•Extensive experience in managing distribution networks within the automotive industry.
•Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams, resolve conflicts, and effectively coordinate cross-functional resources.
