Responsibilities and Duties​:

 

  • Support the Commercial Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities and follow-ups.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and key milestones across multiple commercial projects.
  • Prepare and consolidate project documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in internal meetings and document meeting minutes, key actions, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update project portfolio tracking and status reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect required information.
  • Analyze data and prepare insights to support project decision-making.
  • Learn and observe commercial project management processes, including governance and reporting structures.

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

 

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, able to work independently and in a team within a multicultural environment.

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • No prior work experience required; internship or project experience in business, project management, or related areas is a plus.
  • Certifications / Licenses: Not required.
