Title:  YC: Market Support Coordinator

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry.  Market Support is responsible for receiving orders for spare parts from each dealer, coordinating with related departments such as the Parts Procurement, CDC Japan, CDC Singapore, and implementing prompt and efficient shipments.There are various types of orders, such as inventory replenishment orders, campaign parts orders, urgent orders, and super urgent orders, it is necessary to respond appropriately to each of these needs. Specifically, we receive orders through various system deployed in our sales network and control the entire process of receiving orders and shipping through the operation system. It is necessary for the person in charge of the contact to appropriately process the processes related to the order-receiving and shipping operations in these systems.
Depending on the type of parts, some parts may not be in stock at Regional Distribution Centre, CDC Japan, and CDC Singapore. There are also cases where an emergency supply is required due to breakdowns. In such cases, it is necessary to work closely with the Central Distribution Centres in Singapore and Japan for urgent delivery from the supplier and cooperation from the production department. It is necessary for the contact person to understand the needs and make necessary efforts to the related departments of Parts. Also, to get the delivered parts to the dealer as soon as possible. These operations will be carried out under the guidance and advice of the person in charge of the operations

Responsibilities and Duties:

•    Interface between Dealers and UDT Logistics departments
•    Process arrangements for Customers orders
•    Expedite delivery for Back Order (when parts are out of stock)
•    Providing delivery date (ETA) information to Dealers
•    Acquisition of information on temporary demand such as sales/service campaign parts
•    Appropriate handling of urgent orders

Minimum qualifications:

•    Minimum Requirement: Matric
•    BComm Supply Chain/Logistics or BTech in Supply Chain/ Logistics or Industrial Engineering qualification

•     Any other qualification related to supply chain and Industrial Engineering

•    Word, Excel, PowerPoint, skill etc.
•    Communication with related departments
