Title: YC: Junior Vehicle Sales Administrator
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This role will support, New Vehicle Sales administrative function, verifying data submitted by the network; reconciling the information for payments; update and follow up on stock yard maintenance and the UD Trucks Dealer Incentive program.
Responsibilities and Duties:
VMS Payment Process
• Confirm all the data and documentation has been uploaded on LSS.
• Verify data integrity.
• Reconcile payment and follow up with outstanding dealers.
• Documentation and Recons to be supplied to Business Control for final verification and payment.
Stock Yard Maintenance
- Weekly follow up of stock and maintenance due on vehicles.
- Weekly reporting and communicating with dealers responsible for maintenance
- Review and status feedback
Geared for Succes Incentive Program
- Review and confirm that Dealer sales executives comply to the requirements
- Review suggested incentive payments from the supplier
- Reconcile and feedback
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- At least 2 years’ experience accounting and report writing
- Multinational company experience is essential
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- PC and MS Office proficient; Power Bi
- Accounting and Dealer Management System experience
