UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. We are looking for an HR and Training Administrator to support our Human Resources department. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR and training procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws.

 

Responsibilities and Duties​:

 

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides 
  • Assist with preparing slide deck for onboarding of new employees
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Support employees’ with queries relating to HR matters
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Participate in HR projects and HR Events arrangements (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
  • Support internal Training department with administration and training arrangements.

 

Minimum requirements:

 

  • Human Resources Diploma
  • Previous work experience in HR and Training environment will be advantageous
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Attitude to learn
