Title: YC: Customer Adaptation Administrator
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. The main purpose of the job is to deliver an effective and efficient administrative support function to the Customer Adaptation (CA) department Operations Pretoria, in order to contribute towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Job Objectives:
- To deliver an effective and efficient admin support service to UDTO CA Pretoria (e.g. capturing of data, processing of invoices, filing and filing systems, labelling, ad-hoc tasks).
- To raise IP orders via SAP Ariba to get authorization and GRN the receipt.
- To record AP orders in the relevant systems (MS Excel and SysPro), place orders with suppliers and GRN receipts.
- To update daily reports for various forums.
- To assist with the organizing and cleaning of electronic data.
- To support with HR related activities.
