Responsibilities and Duties​:

 

  • Manage and organize administrative tasks related to the aftermarket environment.
  • Support regional managers operations by coordinating schedules, documentation, and communication.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

 

Minimum requirements:

 

  • Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry, preferably in an aftermarket environment.
  • Language: Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently (essential).
  • Minimum Requirement: Matric
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
