Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure product technical support, quality, campaign and warranty processes are rolled out, documented and compliant with our group policies and guidelines.
  • Drive activities to capture and report on client complaints in regard to product quality deviations and secure effective development & implementation of solutions to guarantee clients vehicle uptime and satisfaction.
  • Conduct proactive product quality and fault frequency reviews with a solution mindset.
  • Actively contribute to client product and aftermarket services satisfaction.
  • Follow through goodwill cases to conclusion, manage campaign completion rates, costs and effectiveness. Thus, improve warranty & technical goodwill performance.
  • Support our market partners to complete recalls and campaigns within a timely manner.
  • Secure Technical support and Product Quality engagement to ensure in-field product quality issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective management of safety investigations.
  • Develop quality process & governance knowledge to distributors.
  • Assist Region Oceania team in other tasks as required.

 

Knowledge & Skills Required

Knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of technical services and product quality processes, tools, and systems.
  • Extensive heavy commercial vehicle experience ideal.
  • Strong experience of Oceania markets

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills can build up network with internal stakeholders Technology, Operations, distributors and dealers
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
