Title: Service Agreement Development & Portfolio Manager
Purpose of Job
Lead the development and growth of the Isuzu Group International for Isuzu and UD Trucks service agreement by managing the service product portfolio and driving the commercialization, penetration, profitability and lifecycle performance of service contracts across International markets. Act as the regional focal point for service business development by collaborating with regions, markets, importers, dealers and cross-functional teams to strengthen customer value propositions, improve portfolio performance, enhance customer retention and support sustainable aftermarket business growth.
Roles of Job
- Develop, maintain and continuously optimize the regional service product portfolio, including Service Agreements, Extended Coverage, Preventive Maintenance and future uptime service offerings.
- Evaluate market requirements and customer needs to identify new service opportunities and optimize existing products.
- Recommend product positioning, pricing strategies and commercial offerings to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with Aftermarket Technology to optimize service concepts, maintenance intervals and product completeness.
- Develop and execute regional service business plans to increase service contract penetration, customer retention and aftermarket profitability.
- Support regions and Importers in identifying fleet service business opportunities and key account development.
- Assist regions and importers in preparing proposals, tenders and customized service agreement packages, including commercial negotiations where required.
- Drive proactive uptime and fleet service concepts together with Connected Services and regional teams.
- Monitor service contract portfolio profitability, penetration, maturity, loss ratio and lifecycle performance, recommending actions to improve portfolio health.
- Support Regions in technical costing, maintenance pricing, budget curves and commercial analysis for new and existing products.
- Develop and deliver training covering service products, pricing, technical costing, contract management and value selling.
- Manage and support implementation and continuous improvement of SSCQ, SEMA, Service Planner and future service business systems with DSIT.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends and recommend actions to strengthen international market positioning.
- Develop standardized reporting and dashboards for contract penetration, profitability, portfolio health and customer retention.
- Act as the regional liaison between IGIS, Regions, Connected Services, Aftermarket Technology, Business Control, DSIT and Dealers.
- Represent IGIS in regional and global service business forums and cross-functional projects.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Aftermarket Commercial Director.

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- 8–10 years of experience in aftermarket/service marketing or commercial vehicle service business.
- Strong understanding of service contracts, maintenance concepts and fleet management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience working with dealers and regional organizations.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional regional projects.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP/SSCQ/SEMA knowledge is advantageous.
Additional Important Requirements
- Excellent English; Japanese is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
