Title: Manager, Product Offer
Product Specification & Market Support
- Lead the development of optimized, cost-effective, and competitive product specifications tailored to regional and market needs.
- Support markets in product positioning and specification alignment with customer expectations and trends.
- Coordinate customer adaptation requirements and homologation processes with TSSC and relevant functions.
- Respond to day-to-day product-related technical queries from markets and sales teams.
Product Gap Identification & Modification Management
- Identify gaps in specifications/features versus competitor offerings.
- Build business cases with regions to initiate product modification (IPMR) requests.
- Collaborate with Product Line Management and Technology teams to ensure timely, prioritized delivery of modifications.
- Support roll-out and introduction of new features and specifications in markets.
Market Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain consistent communication with markets on product updates, intro blocks, and best practices.
- Facilitate regular market calls to capture needs, share insights, and promote cross-market learning.
New Market Entry Support
- Lead product assessments for new market entry, incl. technical, and competitive analysis.
- Develop tailored, cost-efficient product offers for new markets in partnership with markets.
Product Planning
- Develop and maintain short- and mid-term product roadmaps per market and region.
- Ensure timely communication of product updates to sales, aftermarket, and network teams to enable readiness.
Training & Enablement
- Work with Competence Development to deliver effective product training across regions.
- Ensure market-facing product and sales teams are equipped with necessary knowledge and competitive insights.
- Lead competitor benchmarking and incorporate findings into training and positioning materials.
