Title: Asst. Manager - HR Operations
We are looking for a HR Operations (Asst. Manager) who will be supporting business units;
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting local recruitment processes which includes resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks and preparing offer letters.
- Onboarding, updating and managing employee records, ensuring timely updates of the records and managing the HR Information System (HRIS) locally for both business units.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, including but not limited to verifying expenses and applicable claim limits.
- Responsible for work visa administration such as work pass, renewal, issuance, and cancellation.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and provide clear communication and support to the people.
- Documentation and administration of training activities including applications of trainings, administration of training grant, training records and course evaluation.
- Addressing employee relations issues including resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Be part of the HR welfare and employee engagement activities, lead and support as required.
- Support in day-to-day HR administrative duties.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned and support to HRBP activities.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, psychology, human resources, or related field is required. HR certifications would be a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience
- Relevant work experience accumulated across various HR specialization or as a generalist is essential.
