Duties: Develop and implement sales strategies for aftersales offerings for heavy vehicle, including telematics devices/services (automated vehicle management technology), maintenance and repair services, and auto parts; negotiate and execute the corresponding sales and service agreements; handle customer technical inquiries on aftersales products, as well as pricing and

contractual terms; assess customer needs for aftersales maintenance, repair, and technical support and find ways to address them through UD Trucks’ telematics technologies and service solutions; maintain, monitor, and update customer records—covering both dealers and end users—to drive continuous improvement of aftersales operations. Work from home permitted 1 day/week.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related (foreign academic equivalency is accepted) and 24 months of experience in the job offered or similar occupation. Knowledge of telematic devices and heavy vehicle aftersales services based on at least 24 months of experience in job offered or similar occupation.

 

Hours: Full-time.
