Job Role description 

This job is to… 

  • E2E business flow/ logic knowledge and bring change requirements to the Process forums.Identify & Lead process changes & associated E2E IT solutions 

  • Identify synergy/improvement oppurtunities, anchor/ colloborate with Business managers / Process & Solution Key User, IT delivery teams to drive changes 

· Work with Logistics operations (Material Transportation / Parts Warehouse) located globally to gather IT requirements, align initiatives and help to prioritize activities. 

  • Identify Process & IT training needs in organization, develop / maintain competences by organizing and delivering trainings. 

  • Optimize End to End processes with IT solutions & bring efficiency in Business operations 

  • Participate & take lead in investigations related to IT change managements from E2E perspective e.g. pre-studies, projects, ad hoc analysis 

  • Drive Digitalization of processes by engaging multiple stakeholders & support organization to adopt latest technologies which enables ”Ease of doing Business” 

  • Support ”Data culture” activities in organization from E2E perspective 

· Bring IT platform experience to align with UD’s future digital & IT architecture strategy 

· Make critical business priorities to IT for development & deliveries to meet customer expectations.

Minimum qualifications 

  • Bachelors/Master Degree in computer or related field 

  • 10 to 12 years of Hands on Experience in Logistics / Supply chain operations and process  

  • Minimum 3 full cycle System Implementation experience in global scale as a Techno functional role
