Job Role description 

This job is to… 

• • E2E business flow/ logic knowledge and bring change requirements to the Process forums.Identify & Lead process changes & associated E2E IT solutions
  • Drive Digitalization & innovative AI solutions aligning to company strategy. Support & facilitate organizations to adopt latest technologies which enables ”Ease of doing Business”   
  • Support & drive ”Data culture” in organization from E2E perspective
  • Identify synergy/improvement oppurtunities, anchor/ colloborate with Business managers / Process & Solution Key User, IT delivery teams to drive changes
  • Work globally with users and managers to gather IT requirements, align initiatives and help to prioritize IT development activities.
  • Manage demand and delivery through proper IT Budget & governance across Logistics area. Lead IT Projects to deliver value.  
  • Identify Process & IT training needs in organization, develop / maintain competences by organizing and delivering process & IT solution trainings.
  • Optimize End to End processes with IT solutions & bring efficiency in Bussiness operations
  • Participate & take lead in investigations related to IT change managements from E2E perspective e.g. pre-studies, projects, ad hoc analysis
  • Bring IT platform experience to align with UD’s future digital & IT architrecture stratergy
  • Make critical business priorities to IT for development & deliveries to meet customer expectations.

  • To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, well organized and have excellent communication and networking skills

• • Bachelors/Master Degree in Logisitics / Operations /IT disciplines
  • 12 to 15 years of Hands on Experience in Logistics / Supply chain IT area
  • 3 fully cycle IT Solution implimentation experience in Oracle platform (OTM) with techno functional knowledge
