Title:  Business Analyst

Work experience:  PLM/PDM Business Analyst with Minimum 10+ years of experience.

• PLM / PDM knowledge, Product change Management, any CAD application, Gap & Impact Analysis, Non-functional requirement analysis.
• Candidate is required to be well versed in using various tools of PLM, PDM, CAD, etc.  for effective communication and preparation of Knowledge articles [ Videos, Documentation etc]
• Experience on PLM / PDM tools can be either Windchill or Enovia or Team Centre etc.
• Experience in understanding the business functional requirements w.r.t PLM/PDM.
• Detailing out the business requirements & documentation knowledge highly preferred.
• Works closely with Product Owner to ensure the application end to end support.
• Works closely with PLM / PDM Technical team. Capable to explain business requirements to technical team, to make them understand clearly.
• Work closely with End User/Business stakeholders to support for runtime operation.
• PLM / PDM, CAD tool functional testing experience & Test case creation. Co-ordinate & Supporting UAT Testing.
• High level Knowledge on PLM / PDM System Administration like installation, configuration, server management, licence management.
• Very good communication & presentation skills. Bilingual Language (English & Japanese).
• Strong computer skills including MSOffice (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint preferred.
• Must have Experience on Agile methodology.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have Tools Knowledge: PLM, PDM, CAD, MS Office.

Good to have:

• Experience in automobile / Manufacturing Industry, specific to Embedded systems area.
• Experience on the cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), DevSecOps tools etc.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Visualization tool [ Power BI, Qlik sense]
