Title:  Order Planning Manager

Job overview

The Order Planning Manager will support UD IS and ISZ SIGMA order planning activities at the BKK plant. This role is responsible for executing S&OP program decisions on a weekly basis, working closely with Sales Support and in alignment with Operations capacity. The key focus is to ensure demand and capacity alignment to secure order fulfilment, optimize engine inventory levels, and support vehicle flow through the Niguri process.

In addition, the role is accountable for reducing sales order lead time for both CBU and KD by leading improvement initiatives and coordinating with various stakeholders. The aim is to increase customer flexibility and satisfaction by minimizing inefficiencies in the order-to-delivery process.

Role and responsibility

To manage order planning management for UD IS and ISZ SIGMA, including inventory management for completed vehicles and parts. 

Monitor and execute S&OP decision meeting directives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders across operations and sales.

Understand all production constraints (material, manpower, machine, logistics) and the impact on the production schedule.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

Satisfy the customer demands by creating a schedule that will supply their needs.

Minimum qualifications

• University education (M. Sc in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience)
• Proven supply chain knowledge
• Process knowledge
•   Supply Chain & Inventory experience
