About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Techno‑Functional Digitalization Lead to drive the digital transformation of our Order Management, Production Planning, and Supply/Materials processes. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to modernize end‑to‑end planning flows, improve efficiency, and enable true “Ease of Doing Business.”

As a key member of our global team, you will:
- Drive digitalization of Order & Production Planning processes by engaging stakeholders and enabling adoption of modern technologies.
- Apply strong end‑to‑end (E2E) business flow and logic knowledge to shape requirements and bring change requests to relevant process forums.
- Identify and lead process improvements linked to Order and Planning IT solutions.
- Find synergy and optimization opportunities and collaborate with Business Managers, Process & Solution Key Users, and IT delivery teams to deliver impactful changes.
- Partner with global Order, Production Planning, Supply, and Materials functions to gather requirements, align initiatives, and support prioritization.
- Assess training needs and strengthen organizational capability by developing, maintaining, and delivering training sessions.
- Optimize E2E processes through IT solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and contribute to IT change management investigations from an E2E perspective (pre‑studies, projects, and ad‑hoc analyses).
- Support and promote data culture initiatives, including better use of data for decision‑making and performance improvement.
- Bring IT platform and solution experience to align with UD’s future digital and IT architecture strategy.
- Communicate critical business priorities to IT teams to ensure timely development and delivery that meets customer expectations.

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field

- At least 3 full-cycle global system implementations in a Techno‑Functional role
