Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM integration using IDocs.
- Work closely with MM, SD, EWM, PM, FICO, MES, and other integrated systems to ensure seamless end-to-end business process execution
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and interface validation during implementation and support activities.
- Understanding of SAP interfaces, IDocs, output management, and integration monitoring.
Required Skills
SAP PP
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Configure and support SAP PP business processes including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Production Orders.
- Work closely with QM,MM, SD, EWM, FICO to ensure seamless end-to-end business process execution.
SAP QM (Quality Management):
- Hands-on experience in Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, MICs, Sampling Procedures, Inspection Lots, Results Recording, Usage Decision, and Quality Notifications.
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM integration with MM, PP, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO.
- Experience in Vendor Quality Management and Customer Complaint Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Design, configure, and support SAP EWM and MM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics industries
Experience
- 6–10+ years in SAP PP(Mandatory) and SAP QM
- At least 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
