Position Description

The position will have the responsibility of project scope management, business case analysis, Volume Forecast of product initiatives and projects, business keeper for projects. The position will lead pre-study and prepare for project initiation.

The position will have interface with UDT International Sales and product line management organizations and work with PPS function in Ageo for synchronization, common processes.

Key Responsibilities & Deliveries

  • Drive PPL Investigation including Business Case Analysis for new project requirement.
  • Lead Long-Term Volume Forecast (LTVF) Analysis
  • Manage product initiative and prepare project prerequisites considering market requirements and business case as business keeper.
  • Manage requirements for maintenance projects.
  • Get PCID of Product Modification Request (PMRs) at Maintenance Decision Body/Product Committee.
  • Interface with Alliance Forum on the need basis.
  • Manage PPL delivery to Start Cost Project (s) being key member of Project Management Team (PMT).
  • Manage features and its roadmap applicable for Quester, Croner and UD Light Duty Trucks.
  • Interface for International Sales and Product Line Management, including Product support to Sales organization.
  • Work with Complete Vehicle function towards Competitor Vehicle Analysis.
  • Share inputs related with UDT Products of overseas markets to concerned stakeholders including PPS Ageo, Japan for Synchronization.

Qualifications/Training

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10 -15 years of relevant automotive experience.
  • Proficiency in the English language is required
  • Knowledge of Strategic Management is preferred.
