Title:  IT Solution leader - DSIT SDU Logistics

UD Trucks is reputed automotive manufacturing OEM headquatered in Ageo Japan (ISUZU group). It is known for its quality products and services within the commercial automotive industry. We are looking for a Solution Leader to manage Logistics solutions in Solution Delivery of Digital Solutions & IT (DSIT).

As Solution Leader, you will be accountable deliveries in relevant area for UD Trucks. The objectives should be achieved through efficient management of your teams, where you will support delivery managers who you are reporting to. Your mission is to create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation as well as securing the long term application life cycle. To ensure business continuity, quality focus is as a must have value for you to demonstrate and engage to the team. Result driven and customer focused mind-set will also be essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for business requirement, solutioning, roll out needs etc.
• Contribute to the establishment of the solution delivery plan
• Define authorization rules for application access and manage application access
• Handle the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with the Business process developer
• Secure solution competence for functional application support and consulting
• Secure continuity management for the solution
• Propose prioritization of changes in the solution like error corrections and change requests
• Propose the release plan for the solution including new development in line with business priorities
• Define and decide which business functionality, or information integrity tests to be part of a user acceptance test and secure that user acceptance test will be performed
• Make sure that training needs are identified and training plan is secured for the solution including complete training material
• Communicate enhancement estimates to the manager of the business solution portfolio, Process Manager or equivalent
• Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed
• Set the requirements and approve hand over from project to maintenance
• Secure that all individual solutions within the assigned sub-portfolio continuously adhere to UD Trucks Policies, Directives and Guidelines
• Secure alignment to governance directives, best practices, business processes and implement recommended tools and methods
• Work proactively with continuous improvements
• Ensure applicable IT security directive is followed for the service

Main competence requirements

• Share common values with UD Values, Code of Conduct, high ethical standards
• 8-10 years of experience in IT solution delivery and 5+ years experience in delivery management covering one-time and run-time activities
• Strong experience and deep knowledge in the Supply Chain Logistics functional domain area
• Good Process knowledge in Supply chain planning, transport booking, shipment track & trace, freight procurement and IOT
• Strong proficiency in handling technology or product issues in Oracle OTM G-log (On-prem), Oracle OTM Cloud, OIC Cloud, Evolv Cloud, SQL, etc by liaising with the Technical team and drive for closure.
• Overall knowledge of UD solutions landscapes especially in Production Logistics areas.
• Must be very strong in requirement analysis, solutioning, technical documentation and recommendation
• Must possess very strong OTM product configuration and product upgrades experience
• Experience working in an IT delivery organization (project, runtime) including solid knowledge in preparing artifacts, reviewing and come up with alternatives solutions.
• Possess experience in system integration and design solutions for Cloud, integration patterns in IBM WMQ, API, Datapower, etc.
• Ensure applicable IT security directives are followed and the solution fulfils the customer demands for information security
• Ability to work in complex scenarios and deliver high quality results.
• Strong quality mindset and experience in managing business critical solutions preferred.
• Passionate and experienced in developing and coaching people
• Strong on effective communications, experience in stakeholder management.
• Result driven and strong sense of urgency.
• Good experience in ITSM processes and associated tools
• Experience in Data analytics using Qlik, PowerBI and Azure
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, .NET technologies and Azure DevOps
• Information technology and related university degree preferred

• Fluent English is a must
