Title:  Senior Product Cost Analyst

Mission/purpose of the job

• The purpose of this position is responsible for cost, transfer price, and RVC of the trucks/components.
• Another key function is to support work stream as Business control and financial perspective

Key responsibilities/accountabilities

• Yearly SCS preparation.
• Set allocation method of SCS by product, model, Loose parts.
• Calculate SCS of inquiry to support commercial team to build business case for tender deals.
• Identify cost driver among variety of specifications to group product by price level.
• Choose reference BOM to set SCS and TP to optimize intercompany part number(ICPN).
• Set SCS of Components and Vehicles for TH09/TH08/JP40 in the system by order
• Set TP of Components and Vehicles for TH09/TH08 by order
• Conduct analysis of Cost, RVC impact upon business case
• Calculate RVC/TP based on actual material invoice price and prepare cost structure of Domestics trucks for Customs approval
• Calculate RVC/TP based on actual material PO price and prepare cost structure of Asean trucks for FTA approval
• Control Cost/Transfer Price/RVC level and report for deviation with analysis and identifying risks to stakeholder
• Work with cross-function team to prepare SCS supporting the project.
• Initiate cost model or simulate cost based on assumption with identified risk to support project.
• Analysis the quantity variance TH09/TH08 against JP40.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and certificates

• Bachelor’s degree Economics, Engineering, or other related fields

Preferred experience and knowledge

• Previous experience or in-depth understanding of costing method
• Preference in working with complicated and dynamic systems
• Proven ability to verify data with self-fabricate mathematical model
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently
• Able to work under pressure with limited time
• Previous experience and understanding of truck specification

Necessary technical/functional/language skills

• Good command of spoken and written English with excellent communication
• Computer literacy and working with large data and advanced for Microsoft office.
