UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. We are looking for a solution consultant for manufacturing Solutions, in Solution Delivery, Digital Solutions & IT (DSIT).

As a Solution consultant, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that are relevant to UD Trucks. You will achieve this by effectively working with your team and supporting solution leader / delivery manager. Your goal is to establish an efficient and trustworthy day-to-day operation while ensuring the long-term application lifecycle. To maintain business continuity, a strong focus on quality is essential. You must demonstrate this commitment and inspire your team to do the same. A results-oriented and customer-centric mindset is also crucial for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Understand business requirements, customer needs and processes, by working with Business Analysts, Product Architects, Product Owners and Product Area Development Teams across functions.
Create User Stories in Azure as per the requirements and aligned to Minimal Viable Product approach of building the services.

Be accountable for the Build, test and deploy of software codes
Analysis, technical design & solutioning, documentation, code development, IT testing, cutover and hyper care support Work in an Agile/Sprint approach
IT operations and consultation support at Ageo factory Gemba during the factory calendar working days
Business Relationship Management: Serve as the support resource and factory Gemba contact for business requirements, rollout needs, and change requests working closely with Solution Leader / Delivery Manager.
Key User Network: Collaborate with business process developers to build and maintain a strong network of key users for process and solution support.

Solution Competence: Secure the necessary expertise provide effective functional application support.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify solution functionality and information integrity.
Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates for development, incident and problem investigation. In addition, secure efficient communication between Ageo and other site colleagues.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in IT solution delivery, with experience both one-time and runtime activities.

Technical Skills: Experience with below
- Must have
  - Practical experience in web application using C#, .Net Framework 3.5 & above
  - Practical experience in ASP .Net web forms, MVC and Entity framework (ADO.net, EF and NHibernate)
  - Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and above
  - Hands on experience on SQL query, stored procedures & Data migration
  - Experience in Agile ways of working
Good to have
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in the Supply Chain (ERP and MES) and Logistics functional areas.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Supply Chain planning, Internal Logistics, Manufacturing and IoT processes would be plus.
- Experience of managing business-critical solutions.
- ITSM Expertise: Solid experience with ITSM processes and associated tools.
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power platform, and Azure.
- Window Service development using C#
- WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
- Basic Knowledge of WMQ and WMQ Client, WMQ Explorer.
Education: Preferred university degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Location: Come to the factory location at Ageo every day (Pre-condition). If any health or family reasons, work from home can be accepted.
