Mission/purpose of the Job |
|
As the Infrastructure Operation Specialist for DSIT Onsite Japan, your mission is to carry out transition and operation activities for infrastructure technical services and components, in production environments. The main tasks are to optimize infrastructure services, co-ordinate and maintain operational changes and ensure continuous improvement of service performance (availability, capacity, security, etc.). You need to provide support, conduct pre-check and preventive maintenance tasks according to the Time critical Support Service for the industrial locations, and engineering locations. The Infrastructure Operation Specialist contributes with knowledge of the production environment, the technical services, and technical services components in runtime. The Infrastructure Operation Specialist ensures quality and continuous improvements in availability, capacity, security, and IT service continuity in the delivered application infrastructure services. |
