Title: Governance Coordinator
Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. Governance coordinator is proactively and cross-functionally supporting strategic discussions and planning, coordinating / supporting respective UDT decision forums and monitoring UDT Technology KPI’s. Coordinate UDT Product Committee and Steering Committee meetings proactively, cross-functionally and efficiently. Support UDT Technology Project and Product Strategy (PPS) management in securing mature and clear meeting contents for decision making.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead governance team in UDT Technology Projects & Product Strategy and support project governance activities.
- Manage Project Governance, templates management, company governance, rules management, etc.
- Consolidate inputs and provide feedback on UDTT governance related topics to UDTT management and UDT Governance responsible
- Improve governance activities on continuous basis and adapt new way of working.
- Lead and support overall decision forums preparation, meeting agenda, meeting invitation and secure release of finalized meeting minutes.
- Consolidate and lead to finalize meeting materials with respective presenters. from cross functional teams
- Manage and follow-up on actions decided in respective decision forums
- Lead, prepare and follow up for relevant KPI’s and their evaluation
- Secure readiness, lead and manage company schedule for various decision forums
- Support meeting coordination and SharePoint management
Minimum qualifications
- University degree would be good but not mandatory
- 2 years of experience in cross-functional team activities would be good but not mandatory
- Proficiency in written and spoken English / Japanese
- Basic working knowledge of MS Tools like Powerpoint, Excel, Word are required
- Able to work in diverse team
