Title:  Business Process Developer - DSIT Japan Sales

Mission/purpose of the Job

Support to manage and facilitate cross functional communication with DSIT Solution teams in Tianjin to ensure business objective and direction connected to UD/Isuzu business functions which is setting up with the process and solution.

Scope and influence

In short term, assigned to initiatives and projects connected to UD/Isuzu PMI and enhancements of IT.

As overall, all related IT activities to support UD/Isuzu business initiatives are in scope.

Key responsibilities/Accountabilities

Responsible for:

• Ensure successful communication and facilitation with IT organization and business users for process and solution.
• Understand and describe the business direction and objective, and introduce to IT organization to ensure the process and solution is aligned with it
• In a practical process and solution implementation, lead to corroborate with IT organization and support to have proper business operation with the process and solution for business users
• Summarizing business requirements need to be reflected to the process and solution, and manage to describe it to business users for the status which to be output from corroboration with IT organization

Accountable for:

• Reflect business direction and objective to process and solution of IT organization
• Support to lead stable business operation in practical a process and solution implementation

Key targets and results

• Proper structure of process and solution based on business direction and objective
• Ensure proper operation in process and solution implementation

PERSONAL PROFILE

Educational and/or training qualifications and certificates

Relevant university degree, or related educations

Experience and knowledge

• More than 5 years of experience with related tasks of UD/Isuzu After Support and solution with business structure
• Innovative mind-set and strong focus on creating business value and efficiency
• Bilingual communication skill to corroborate with IT organization and to support UD/Isuzu business functions

Technical/functional/language skills

·        Both Japanese and Mandarin Chinese in Native or Business level (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)

·        English in general communication level
