Role
  • Cross-functional leadership across the PQM organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the PQM organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support below
  1. Deliver the agreed and committed overall objectives for Product Quality management (PQM) in Quality Assurance
  2. Reduce IPTV/CPV to speed up the solution to end customer
  3. Lead the analysis of long-standing QJ/QSP cases and support the implementation of necessary actions.
  4. Execute the special projects related to PQM
  5. Optimize PQM process and collaborate with UDTT,UDTP,UDTO and other relevant function including Isuzu
  6. Perform benchmarking (internal and external) and implement best-practices as identified
  7. Develop upstream activities with field failure inputs earlier in development process
  • To act on behalf of the QA PQM Director with external/internal stakeholders as require

  • Provide guidance and support to each group in PQM.

  • UDTO, UDTT, UDTP, Japan sales/ International sales and quality responsible management members

Required Education & Experience
  • University Degree (BS or MS) preferably in Engineering
  • Product quality management and market quality handling experience
  • Management experience
