We are now looking for a Learning Delivery Specialist that is enthusiastic about supporting colleagues in our technology division.

Your mission:
As a Learning Delivery Specialist, you will effectively drive the planning, scheduling, and delivery of learning/competence development activities with high quality and customer focus according to business needs, including financial administration.

This includes not only delivering training but also proactively identifying business needs, proposing learning solutions, and supporting e-learning content creation.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with our stakeholders 

  • Lead discussion and confirm training delivery plan with technology division stakeholders
  • Gather business needs, plan and propose competence management learning delivery strategies
  • execute learning delivery activities

Training planning and delivery

  • Coordinate and support scheduled competence development activities and events
  • Upload and manage technology division training materials and learning records to the learning management system.
  • Maintain the course catalogue in our cloud system, as well as in print format, by ensuring that course information is up to date in collaboration with course developers

Coordinate with trainers and suppliers to secure all logistics required for competence development events, including training equipment and printed materials.

  • Send out communication using email, Teams, SharePoint, and other communication tools
  • Support e-learning content creation including video editing

Learning Management System Key User

  • Provide support and upskill training coordinators and trainers in technology division
  • Create communication materials such as user guides, FAQs, brochures
  • Build training related reports such as training status report using our cloud system

Technology division Competence Matrix management and maintenance

  • Keeping the technology division’s Competence Matrix up to date, entering data, and reviewing content.
  • Regularly reviewing and proposing improvements to the matrix in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Conducting skill gap analysis and preparing reports based on the matrix.

In addition:

  • having technical and troubleshooting skills with IT systems, e.g. MS Office 365, Power BI, Learning Management Systems is a strong plus
  • Experience in competence development and people development field is a plus
  • Skills in video editing and e-learning content creation
