現在、私たちの開発部門における人材育成を支援する、ラーニングデリバリースペシャリストを募集しています。
Your mission/職務概要
ラーニングデリバリースペシャリストとして、ビジネスニーズに応じて、学習・能力開発活動の計画、実施を高品質かつ顧客志向で推進していただきます。研修の実施だけでなく、ニーズの把握、学習施策の提案、e-learningコンテンツ作成、経費処理の支援も含まれます。
Key Responsibilities /主な業務内容
ステークホルダーとの連携
- 開発部門のステークホルダーと連携し、研修計画を策定
- 組織のニーズを把握し、スキル管理・能力開発施策を提案
- 計画に基づきトレーニングの実施
トレーニングの計画と実施
- 能力開発活動やイベントの調整・支援
- 開発部門が作成した研修コンテンツや受講歴を学習管理システムに登録・管理
- コースカタログの管理と情報更新
- 研修イベントの備品・資料などの手配
- メール、Teams、SharePointなどでの情報発信
- 動画編集を含む社内研修のe-learningコンテンツ作成
学習管理システムの管理
- コーディネーターやトレーナーへの支援
- ユーザーガイド、FAQ、パンフレットなどのコミュニケーション資料作成
- クラウドシステム等を使った研修レポート作成
開発管理部門のコンペテンスマトリックス管理
- 開発部門のコンピテンスマトリクスの定期的な見直しと更新、ダッシュボードの管理、データ入力、内容確認
- 開発部門のマトリックスに基づく、スキルギャップ分析とレポート作成
