Job Overview

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. We are looking for an IT Solution Leader for R&D Business Administration (RnD BA) of Technology domain, in Solution Delivery, Digital Solutions & IT (DSIT)

As IT Solution Leader for RnD BA, you will be responsible for all the IT deliveries in RnD BA area for UD Trucks. This covers areas of project support and cost engineering for business projects in UD Trucks. Your mission is to keep all RnD BA applications up and running, provide quick troubleshooting and end user support. As the leader for the RnD BA solution deliveries, you will need to actively collaborate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a global and multi-cultural environment. To ensure business continuity, quality focus is as a must have value for you. Result driven and customer focused mind-set will also be essential for this position. With your leadership, it is expected to strengthen the partnership with our technical partner and our business teams continuously.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of RnD BA IT solutions’ delivery in Technology area, one-time and run-time.
• Drive to maintain and improve a high-quality standard of the deliveries in the scope.
• Cost and budget consciousness for deliveries in the scope.
• Collaborations with business partner teams and key stakeholders in the area, on solution delivery.
• Manage deliveries with both internal team and resources, as well through partners effectively.
• Build up and maintain the core and strategic competence for this area, both from domain and business knowledge view and IT technical view.

• Collaboration with ISUZU IT teams in related area and topics.

Main competence requirements

• Share common values with UD Values, Code of Conduct, high ethical standards
• 5+ years of experience in IT solution delivery.
• Knowledge and experience in RnD BA domains for automotive industry is a must.
• Overall knowledge of UD solutions landscapes especially in RnD BA area.
• Proven experience on leading leader and teams in a global and multi culture context.
• Ability to work in complex scenarios and deliver high quality results.
• Strong quality mindset and experience in managing business critical solutions preferred.
• Strong on effective communications, experience in stakeholder management.
• Result driven and strong sense of urgency.
• Information technology and related university degree preferred

• Fluent English is a must

• Follow UD Trucks authorization policies and guidelines
• Ability to work cross functionally with various departments
