All about the role

You will be part of the UD Trucks Technology and Quality Assurance HR team.

  • Secure the correct competence through recruitment, succession planning, talent management and well-defined workforce plans. 
  • Promote the branding of UD Trucks as the employer of choice within defined segments
  • Support the UD Trucks Technology and Quality Assurance management with organizational development, employee engagement and the cultural journey. Facilitate managers‘ development according to leadership pipeline
  • Drive employee relations and workplace health & wellbeing
  • Ensure that the organization complies with local labor legislations and applicable UD Trucks policies.
  • Facilitation of the HR processes for managers
  • Cooperation with other stakeholders in the HR Service Delivery Model (SDM) in order to ensure an effective HR support for the business
  • Represent UD Trucks Technology and Quality assurance team in various HR networks
  • Contributing to the execution of HR projects and engaging leaders and colleagues from all locations and functions

Who are you?

You should have strong experience within HR and a strong understanding of business challenges in an international environment. You should have the ability to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and

You have some proven HR or change management experience within or outside the HR department. You're comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels and you have an eye for detail. You understand the importance of core values and culture. But that's just your professional profile.  You should be :

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 10 years’ experience from HR
  • Excellent understanding of the business context and challenges
  • A customer orientation with a drive for results and an ability to work effectively
  • Solid business orientated leader; anticipates organizational needs and creates solutions accordingly
  • Solution focused mind set
  • Excellent in developing people and focus on creating an amazing employee experience
  • High level of people management and people development
  • High level of communication skills; ability to convince, collaborate and strong influencing skills
  • Proven track record in driving change and implementation of tools and human Resource processes
  • Excellent collaborator in an international arena
  • Labour relations skills
  • Compensation and benefits skills
  • Growth minded and you have an entrepreneurial spirit
