Department Overview
This position is part of the ISUZU Group Academy and plays a key role in supporting talent development and enhancing the employee learning experience across the ISUZU Group through digital learning solutions.
The role is responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), serving as a central hub connecting HR, Academy stakeholders, key users, and IT. The position balances stable system operations with strategic enhancements to maximize learning effectiveness.
Job Description
As an HR Analyst – Learning Systems & Talent Development, this role is responsible for optimizing the Group-wide learning platform and supporting talent development initiatives through effective LMS operation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) Administration
* Configure, manage, and operate the LMS in accordance with Group-wide policies and processes
* Manage course setup, assignment rules, user roles/permissions, and learning records
* Prioritize and handle LMS-related requests
* Support deployment of new features, releases, and system enhancements
* Serve as the first point of contact for LMS inquiries and coordinate with IT or vendors when needed
* Ensure consistent data governance and compliance across global and local operations
Learning Operations & Talent Development Support
* Support the operation of training and development programs (course setup, tracking, reporting)
* Collaborate with HR and talent development stakeholders to support development initiatives
* Analyze LMS data and learning performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Change Management & Communication
* Develop and execute communication and rollout plans for LMS updates and new learning processes
* Support adoption among learners, instructors, and HR users through change management initiatives
* Collaborate with HRBPs, Academy members, and key users across regions
User Support & Continuous Improvement
* Provide guidance and training materials to HR teams, key users, and end users
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve LMS functionality and learning processes
* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the digital learning experience

Required Qualifications
* Knowledge of or experience with HR systems, particularly LMS (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)
* Basic data analysis and process improvement skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge or experience in talent development or learning processes
* Experience working in a global environment
* Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
