Job Overview:
ビジネスコントロール部門の一員として、物流部門内の担当部署SPOL JPN: Service Parts Operations & Logistics Japanを日々サポートすることを目的として、月次決算業務・予算管理・原価管理・内部統制等の業務を担当いただきます。
Misson of the department:
- 財務的側面からUD物流部門をサポートし、当該部門がUDの利益最大化に寄与する活動を支えること
Mission of the position:
- SPOL Japanの物流事業において、業務の効率化やコスト管理の強化を推進すること
- 会計基準に則った管理会計の実施を保証すること
Responsibilities:
下記業務を多岐にわたって対応またはアシストいただきます。
- 月次決算関連業務 : 費用計上内容の正当性確認、費用振替等
- 実績と目標、または他のシナリオとの差異分析資料の作成
- SPOL Japanの財務計画（予算）作成関連の業務
- 標準原価関連業務（エラーチェック、問合わせ対応、原価計算の資料作成等）
- 固定資産（リース資産含む）の管理（資産計上～棚卸～除却）
- SPOL Japanの継続的改善活動(在庫適正化含む)
- 自組織内業務の省力化・効率化
Required / Preferred skills
- 簿記3級程度の会計知識と基礎的な連結会計知識
- 必須 : 単体法人の商業簿記レベル
- 尚可 : 工業簿記並びに連結会計レベル
- 物流業もしくは自動車産業またはその両方での経理もしくはビジネスコントローラー実務経験:概ね2年以上
- 必須 : P/LまたはB/Sもしくはその両方の経理処理経験
- 尚可 : SAPの知識と経験
- 尚可 : 国際会計基準の知識
- 尚可 : ビジネスコントローラーとして担当部門の業務パフォーマンス改善に貢献した経験
- MSアプリケーション使用能力
- 必須 : Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Access: 中級レベル
- 尚可 : Power BIレポートの導入・運用経験
- 尚可 : Power Automate等自動処理機能の導入・運用経験
- 言語
- 必須 : 日本語 / 英語 中級レベル（メールやり取り/英語ミーティングあり）

Job Overview:
As a member of the Business Control Department, you are responsible for Monthly closing booking, budget monitoring, Product cost controlling and Internal Control related matters in order to provide day-to-day support to the department in charge SPOL JPN: Service Parts Operations & Logistics Japan within the Logistics Organization
Misson of the department:
- Support UD Logistics Division from a financial aspect, to help the department's activities that contribute to maximize profitability of entire group
Mission of the position:
- Encourage operational and financial efficiency at SPOL Japan in the logistics Organization
- Ensure the implementation of management accounting in accordance with accounting standards
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for performing or assisting with a wide variety of the following tasks.
- Monthly financial closing related tasks: validate bookings, cost reclassifications, etc.
- Variance analysis between actual and targets, or other scenarios
- Support budgeting process of SPOL Japan
- Standard Cost process (annual SC procedure, variance analysis between actual and standard cost, daily error check etc.)
- Management of fixed assets including leased assets (capitalization - inventory - disposal)
- Support continuous improvement activities in SPOL Japan especially from financial aspects
- Saving and efficiency improvement of workload in our department.
Required / Preferred skills
- Accounting knowledge, preferable to have consolidation accounting knowledge
- Mandatory: Commercial bookkeeping, legal entity level
- Preferred: Industrial bookkeeping to cover SCS principle, and consolidation accounting knowledge
- Experience as an accountant or a business controller in either/both Logistics industry or automotive industry, at least 2 years
- Mandatory: Experience of accounting procedure either/both P/L or B/S
- Preferred: Experience and knowledge for SAP
- Preferred: Knowledge of IFRS
- MS Apps
- Mandatory: Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Access: Intermediate
- Preferred: Experience of implementation or running Power BI report
- Preferred: Experience of implementation or running automation such as Power Automate
- Languages
- Mandatory: Japanese Fluent level / English (mainly Emails/ Meetings Occasionally)
